Wilmington, NC – Girder Records proudly announces the signing of Worldview, the powerhouse American metal band, for the release of their highly anticipated sophomore album, Mystery Babylon. Scheduled for a Summer 2025 release, the album is a joint venture with Pakaderm Records and promises to be a milestone in the band’s evolving legacy. The first single, "Invincible," is now available on all major streaming platforms.
Worldview was formed in Los Angeles, California, in 2013 by veteran musicians from the Christian metal scene, coming together after the passing of Rick Macias, former Sacred Warrior keyboardist. The founding lineup included Rey Parra (lead vocals), George Rene Ochoa (guitar, keyboards, backing vocals), Todd Libby (bass, keyboards), and Terry Russell (drums).
Their debut album, "The Chosen Few," released in 2015 via M24 Music Group, earned widespread praise for blending heavy, power, and progressive metal elements. Over time, the lineup expanded with Ronson Webster contributing songwriting and backing vocals, and Crystal Mancaruso enriching live shows and recordings with co-lead vocals and keyboards.
