Ritual Servant Ignite the Faithful with “Prepare the Way” — A Thunderous Call to Repentance

It’s been a minute since Ritual Servant last stirred the Christian thrash underground, but the wait ends now. Their new single “Prepare the Way” (released September 19) lands with the force of a prophet’s shout—roaring onto streaming platforms as a fierce, scripture-driven anthem.

Ritual Servant Prepare the Way

Biblical Inspiration

Drawing directly from Matthew 3, the track channels the wild-eyed urgency of John the Baptist—his call for repentance, his witness in the wilderness, and his martyrdom. With riffs that slice and drums that thunder like judgment day, Ritual Servant embody their trademark mission: thrash that preaches.

The Sound and Vision

Patrick Best’s vocals deliver an unyielding proclamation while Seth Boone’s drumming drives the track with precision. The official visualizer, animated by Boone, is a stark and humbling tribute—wilderness scenes, rivers, and flames capture the spirit of John’s ministry.

The band has confirmed that more than half of their next album is already written. A new bassist could be announced in October, and Roxx Records is preparing a fresh vinyl repress of Metallum Evangelii for fans.

“Prepare the Way” doesn’t just thrash—it convicts. The wilderness is calling. Are you listening?
