„Fruit of the Flesh” - New Song by 3 Days Under about Struggles with Inner Voices

„Fruit of the Flesh” is a new song by the band 3 Days Under, which addresses the theme of succumbing to inner voices and suffering from the consequences of bad decisions.

3 Days Under Fruit of the Flesh „Fruit of the Flesh takes us through how a simple whisper can escalate into a whole trial we never intended, leading us to something we consider harmless” – says vocalist Patrick Rivers.

The band 3 Days Under, known for its post-grunge sound reminiscent of Soundgarden and Pearl Jam, delivers a sobering theological message through full-fledged rock sound. In addition to Rivers' vocals, the band is complemented by Jamie Adams on bass and Robin Smith on lead guitar.

3 Days Under took their time in the studio, perfecting „Fruit of the Flesh” and other tracks for their upcoming full-length album. „God is holding us in a period of rest. We plan to record more, playing a few shows,” says Rivers, looking ahead to the rest of the calendar year.

Although their pace has slowed compared to their usual hectic schedule, 3 Days Under's sense of mission has only strengthened. „We've been on a seek and destroy mission for a while now,” continues the singer. „We're tired of the same old same old when it comes to Christianity. We're tired of Christianity with a 'good enough' attitude.”

Rivers emphasizes that half of what's currently taught in church tickles the ears, so the band decided to break down the doors and tackle the hard truths we face every day. „Fruit of the Flesh” is part of this process of breaking down doors, issuing a warning signal to listeners in the form of a rock punch to the gut.

„Fruit of the Flesh” is a song that takes us through inner struggles and the consequences of our decisions. The band 3 Days Under not only delivers a musical feast but also a profound theological message that forces reflection on daily choices.
