The British band ACRES continues to surprise with their creativity. On October 25th, their new EP titled "What It's Like to Feel Worthless" will be released through Tooth & Nail/Solid State Records. This five-track collection marks another step in the evolution of the band, which gained wide acclaim with their 2019 album "Lonely World."
The EP "What It's Like to Feel Worthless" is not just a set of new tracks; it's a journey into the soul of the band. As vocalist Ben Lumber says, "this is our attempt to express ourselves in a new way, exploring new sounds while maintaining what our fans love about our music."
As part of the EP's promotion, ACRES has released a visualizer for the single "Deadweight," which can be watched and listened to now. "Deadweight" explores new musical territories, combining anthemic sound with purifying emotional content. "It's almost like a conversation between two people expressing their feelings and coming to terms with them," Lumber explains.
The tracklist for the EP includes:
„Leave You to Rot”
„A Different Shade of Misery”
„Lost”
„Deadweight”
„Lost” (Akustyczna)
